TASTING NOTES : Th e wine displays a bright, pale yellow hue with green tints. The nose is elegant and fruity, revealing vegetal aromas, such as boxwood or blackcurrant buds, combined with notes of citrus. The wine is very fresh, lively and full with an explosive, complex and fruity palate. The aromas perceived on the nose come through again, accentuated by aeration. The finish is fresh and lingering with hints of boxwood and citrus.
FOOD PAIRING: Th e Sauvignon Blanc works well as an aperitif and also pairs nicely with grilled or steamed fish
