TASTING NOTES: Produced with the historical grapes of Primitivo of Apulia region, which it takes its excellent structure from, this wine has a deep red colour with purplish highlights. Harmonious aromas of ripe red fruit and spices on the nose with a pleasant hint of liquorice. Full and warm palate with noble tannins.
FOOD PAIRING: Elaborate first courses, game, stews, roasts and seasoned cheeses.
