VINEYARD: The South/South-West facing vineyard situated on chalky-clay soil, is located in Saint- Avit-de-Soulège close to Castillon-La-Bataille.

WINEMAKING: Classical vinification with micro-oxygenation. Aging in vats.

TASTING NOTES: Beautiful dense and deep color. Expressive and charming, the nose blends bigarreau, plum, blackberry and spices. The mouth presents the same range of flavors, with a good amplitude, a pleasant structure and a lot of smoothness.

FOOD PAIRING: Serve at 16°-17°C with beef skewers, grilled bison steak, or with ribs of pork served with grilled vegetables. This wine will be perfect with cheeses of character.
