TASTING NOTES: The great dedication and the beautiful exposure of the vineyards gives birth to a wine of excellence, Maremma Toscana DOC Rosso, blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, rich in wild fruits, ribes and vanilla aroma. In our newly-renovated cellar the wine is aged in French oak barrels and tonneaux, who transfer into the wine a great balance and develop deeper and more complex aromas.
FOOD PAIRING: Roasts, red meats, game and mushroom dishes.
