WINEMAKING: Hand-harvested the second half of October. Destemming, Soft Pressing, Maceration in temperature control of 18 degrees for 16 days
TASTING NOTES: Rich ruby red in color, the bouquet is intense, and ethereal with hints of wild berries. Dry, soft, sweet, tannins, very persistent.
