WINEMAKING: Hand-harvested in the second half of October. Destemming, Soft Pressing, Maceration in temperature control of 28 degrees for 5-18 days.
TASTING NOTES: A deep ruby-red color, with a bouquest of floral notes, red currant and blackberries. The palate is harmonious and full bodied with sweet tannins, and silky, warm feel.
