VARIETAL: 100% Pinot Noir

VINEYARD: Vines are grown at different altitudes in the village in order to benefit of the different temperatures. Soil is clayey, dark and extremely draining.

WINEMAKING: Harvest made by hands. Traditional vinification with indigenous yeasts. Long maceration (over 17 days) at controlled temperature in order to make the tannins extremely soft. Part of the grapes are aged in french oak barriques for few months then refined in stainless still tanks. Bottled without filtration.

TASTING NOTES: Wine with power and character. Black fruits on the nose and on the palate. Soft tannins.

FOOD PAIRING: Red meat and game with mushrooms.
