Baccus Rosso Piceno (Certified Organic)

$0.00

Ciu Ciu Offida

VARIETAL: 50% Montepulciano, 50% Sangiovese

WINEMAKING PROCESS: Traditional fermentation with daily “punching down”for approximally 10 days. 6 months in stainless steel vats and 3 months in the bottle

TASTING NOTES: This ruby red wine, with purple shades tending to orange is a product of Montepulciano and Sangiovese vines that are carefully grown on the Marche hills. The wine is harmoniously delicate and tannic. It is dry, full bodied and expresses its finest characteristics between the first and the second year of its life, although further maturation gives it a greater balance and smoothness.

FOOD PAIRING: Red meat and mature cheese. Pasta with red sauce and pizza.
